Delicious French aperitif made using a blend of pommeau, Calvados and rum which is then aged in oak barrels for addition warming hints of spice. Perfect for a variety of cocktails Toffee apples, tropical fruit, treacle and fresh citrus blossom “Liquid Tarte Tatin” - Thick, Caramelly apples without the overpowering sweetness 1. Cocktail - The Pomme Spritz. 50ml Double Jus topped with Fever-Tree Medeteranian Tonic. Garnish with Lemon Peel and Rosemary Sprig 2. Served on the rocks, neat. 3.
