This Crompton Lamps LED filament GLS bulb set offers a vintage-inspired solution with modern efficiency. Each 4.2W LED bulb replaces a traditional 40W incandescent, delivering a warm 2700K glow in an E27 Edison screw (27mm) base. With energy-efficient LED filament technology, they provide strong light output (about 112 lm/W) while using far less power, which can help reduce lighting bills and environmental impact. The bulbs are designed with a classic pearl glass finish that emits a soft, diffused glow, ideal for creating a cosy atmosphere in living rooms, bedrooms, or other relaxing spaces.
These dimmable bulbs feature DuoDim technology for compatibility with most leading and trailing edge dimmers, with testing showing Varilight V-Pro dimmers giving the best results. They light up instantly and have a long lifespan of up to 10,000 hours (around 5.5 years at 5 hours a day). The compact 60mm diameter and 104mm height fit directly into existing ES-E27 fixtures, from small ceiling lights to floor lamps and larger installations.
