Dried Kibbled Ginger Flakes 500g

This chopped & dried ginger root is warm, spicy and full of flavour. Can be added dry to dishes or rehydrated and used in the same way regular ginger root is used. Add to curries, soups and stews for an added punch of flavour. Add to cakes, pastries and other sweet treats. Bake into a gingerbread or cookies.
