Nettle is an under-valued, natural European "superfood". There are few other plants that have beneficial effect on so many aspects of our health (see infographics). Nettle leaves can support the excretory function of the kidneys andhelp maintain normal urinary function. Often used by people struggling wIth skin problems to eliminate dandruff or heal severe wounds. Our nettle is harvested in central and eastern Poland, a non-industrial regions, which ensures the growth of wholesome leaves and roots. In our region, there are perfect climatic conditions for the growth and maturation of nettle, so our product has high levels of bioactive compounds. Raw materials are dried in gas dryers, which guarantees that the right temperature is maintained throughout the drying period and does not expose the product to carbon or pellet smoke (common in small companies). Nettle leaves are characterized by a high content of vitamins, particularly C, K, B2, and B5. They are also rich in minerals: iron, copper, manganese, zinc, calcium, and magnesium. The leaves contain plant dyes such as chlorophyll, xanthophyll, carotene and flavonoids (kemferol, quercetin, rutin, isoramnetin) and tannins. Moreover, there are numerous organic acids with high biological activity. The raw material is well sifted, well dried, and cut to meet the rigorous demands of customers. It is suitable as an addition to tea, herbal and fruit infusions, and tinctures.
