No summit too high, no distance too long: the Ortovox Peak 55 is a multifunctional high alpine touring backpack for demanding alpinists on the look out for a robust and versatile backpack for longer pursuits, both in summer and winter. This backpack is super comfortable thanks to broad, cushioned shoulder and hip straps and the unique Swisswool 3D Back System featuring a close-fitting, full-contact back reinforced with metal struts, which evenly distributes loads across the back. To ensure optimal climate regulation, the areas of the back, shoulder and hip belts that come into contact with the body are fitted with Swisswool fleece that reliably absorbs water vapor and dries quickly. The Peak also scores highly with a separate safety compartment, numerous attachment options for a rope, ice axe, helmet, skis, snowboard and ski poles, as well as a side crampon compartment. In the interests of sustainability, the outer materials are made using 100% and 50% recycled polyamide, which makes the backpack extremely robust, durable and long-lasting.
