P ZERO™ Race brings the benefits of tube-type technology to a race-ready, all-round cycling tyre. Built for high-intensity training sessions and racing, it combines a road-focused 120tpi casing with the TechBELT ROAD construction and Pirelli’s SmartEVO compound to deliver reliable performance on wet and dry asphalt. The line-up leverages motorsport-derived technology to maximise grip, speed and durability across a wide range of road conditions.

The SmartEVO compound is a single-compound formulation derived from extensive motorsport experience and collaboration with World Tour teams. It blends three polymers to deliver grip in all weather while maintaining very low rolling resistance, enabling high mileage on modern road surfaces. TechBELT ROAD adds a layer of nylon under the tread, enhancing puncture resistance without increasing weight, making the tyre well-suited to racing, training and commuting use.

The P ZERO Race is designed to pack the advantages of tube-type technology into a high-performance, all-rounder tyre that outperforms previous Pirelli cycling clinchers. The road-specific construction, along with the high cut resistant fabric beneath the tread, aims to provide durable performance across diverse riding conditions.
