Sandtex 10 Year Exterior Primer Undercoat is a water-based primer and undercoat designed for exterior surfaces, forming a durable base for topcoats while supporting long-lasting protection. When used as part of the 10 Year Exterior Gloss system, it helps improve adhesion, flexibility and resistance to cracking and flaking, contributing to a durable finish across a range of materials. The product is mould resistant, has a low odour formulation with minimal VOC content, and provides quick drying times to help speed up external painting projects. It is suitable for use on wood, weathered PVC-u, brick, concrete, stone, aluminium and non-ferrous metal, making it a versatile base for various exterior applications. The formulation is designed to be re-coatable after short waiting periods, enabling efficient application within a two-step system.
