Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a water-based, breathable finish designed to protect and beautify exterior masonry. It uses advanced microporous technology to seal against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe, helping to prevent moisture build-up and maintain a lasting finish. The paint is formulated for fast coverage and smooth, cream-coloured application, making it suitable for large areas and a range of exterior surfaces. It is durable, dirt and mould resistant, and resistant to peeling and flaking, delivering long-term protection for up to 15 years. The product is supplied in a 5 litre size, with a typical coverage of 12–16 m2 per litre, depending on surface texture. It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray and is optimised for two coats to achieve optimal protection and finish. The finish is designed to be resistance to weathering, including quick rain resistance, and is suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces such as render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces. It is not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering type bricks.
