Sandtex Smooth Masonry Paint - Sandblast - 5 L

Sandtex Microseal Smooth Masonry Paint is a breathable, water-based coating designed to protect and beautify exterior masonry. With microporous technology, it seals against water ingress while allowing surfaces to breathe, delivering long-lasting protection and a smooth finish. It offers up to 15 years of durability and is suitable for most sound, dry exterior surfaces, including render, roughcast, pebbledash, concrete, building blocks, facing bricks, and previously painted surfaces.

The product can be applied by brush, roller, or spray and cleans up easily as a high-quality paint formulated for large areas. It provides a dirt- and mould-resistant finish that resists peeling and flaking. Coverage ranges from 12 to 16 m² per litre, depending on surface texture, and drying times are typically 3–4 hours to touch, with re-coating in 3–4 hours. It is rainproof in about 1 hour, enabling quicker project completion, and is suitable for most exterior surfaces that are sound and dry. Note that it is not suitable for common, Fletton, or engineering-type bricks.
