General description Smartseal Block Magic is a premium blend of liquid pigments and acrylic resins designed to rejuvenate and protect block paving driveways and patios. This product effectively restores the color lost due to sun exposure, rain, vehicles, and pressure washing, making your block paving look like new. It is suitable for application on old block paving, with the possibility of requiring two coats for a uniform finish. Technical specifications Coverage: 3 m²/litre on average (approximately 2.5 m²/litre on old pavers) Application method: Roller Drying time: 3 hours before re-sanding; 2 hours between coats if changing sand color Sealer tack-free time: 2 hours at 20°C Foot traffic: Allowed after 4 hours at 20°C Vehicle traffic: Minimum 24 hours at 20°C Temperature range for application: 12°C to 23°C Flash point: 40°C (Abel-Closed Cup) Installation Ensure paving is pressure washed to remove all surface debris and muck from joints. Leave paving to dry for 5 clear and dry days.
