General description Smartseal Block Magic is a premium blend of liquid pigments and acrylic resins designed to rejuvenate and protect block paving driveways and patios. This product effectively restores the color lost due to sun exposure, rain, vehicle traffic, and pressure washing, ensuring your paving looks like new. It is suitable for application on old or poorly conditioned pavers, which may require two coats for a uniform finish. Please note that Block Magic should not be used on clay pavers or in combination with polyurethane. Technical specifications Volume: 5 Litres Coverage: Approximately 3 m²/litre (2.5 m²/litre on old pavers) Application method: Roller Drying time: 3 hours before re-sanding; 2 hours between coats Foot traffic: Allowed after 4 hours at 20°C Vehicle traffic: Avoid for 24 hours at 20°C Temperature range for application: 12°C to 23°C Flash point: 40°C (Abel-Closed Cup) Installation Pressure wash the paving to remove all surface debris and muck from the joints.
