General description Concrete sealer for use on driveways, patios, and floors. Smartseal sealer has been developed to provide long-term protection for concrete surfaces. It is suitable for external concrete floors and other concrete-based surfaces. For optimal results, two coats of concrete sealant are recommended for most types of surfaces. Technical specifications Volume: 5 Litres Average coverage: 4 to 6m² per litre per coat Flash point: 42°C (Abel-Closed Cup) Installation Brush or power wash concrete to remove any dirt or debris; only apply when the surface is completely dry. Best applied with a sprayer unit or roller, keeping the sprayer head moving to avoid pooling. The first application must dry past tacky before applying the second coat. Avoid application in strong, direct sunlight and do not apply if rain is likely within 3 hours of application. Deicing salts should not be applied directly onto any concrete sealer.
