Indulgent single-cask whisky with Pedro Ximenez sherry influence, part of a rare Infrequent Flyers release; non-chill filtered and naturally coloured, delivering rich sweetness, depth and bold character in a small-batch collectible. Tamdhu Infrequent Flyers Single Pedro Ximenez Cask #800069 10 year old 57.9% ABV Nose: Somewhat funky. Initially earthy, almost savoury aromas, with balsamic notes, and then the fruit comes - raisins, apricots and baked apples. Palate: Quite evidently from a PX cask… Super sweet, with Demerara sugar, crème brûlée, molten dark brown toffee and rich honeycomb. This is complemented with semi-sweet dark chocolate and marinated sultanas. Pretty spicy to boot, with cinnamon and nutmeg Produced in Scotland
