General description Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 is a versatile primer-sealer and stain killer, designed for both interior and exterior metal surfaces. It is rust inhibitive, making it ideal for new metal, and it effectively resists flash rusting in its wet state, providing long-lasting rust resistance. This primer dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film, making it perfect for painting iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanized gutters.
