Black Jack Aluminium Solar Reflective Paint is a fast-drying, bituminous-based aluminium protective paint designed for primed metal walls and roofs. Available in 5-litre tins (also offered in 25-litre sizes in some ranges), it dries to a silvery finish and provides a reflective coating to reduce heat absorption. The paint is brushable and typically dries in about an hour, helping prolong the life of roof repairs and coatings degraded by UV light. Coverage varies by surface porosity: 4–6 m2 for porous surfaces and around 11 m2 for non-porous surfaces. It is suitable for thin coats over bituminous surfaces.

This product is formulated to be versatile as a light reflective coating for primed metal surfaces, offering chemical and water resistance and a protective layer against UV damage. It is important to stir well before use and to apply two coats for best performance, with the second coat applied after the first dries.
