Ex-bourbon aged single malt finished in a peated cask, delivering bold smoke, warmth, and a Mediterranean–Atlantic balance. Milk & Honey Elements Series Peated Cask 46% ABV Nose: Delightfully fresh. Distinctly earthy and smoky opening to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a hint of lemon. Palate: Medium bodied, vanilla sweetness is followed by delicate peat and light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavours. Finish: Long and strong as peat coast the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavours lingering on the tongue.
