SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H ELEMENTS PEATED: The Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. This whisky is matured in barrels from Scotland’s Islay, soaked with smoky aromas and salted flavors, then blended with ex-bourbon barrel-aged single malt that was left to mature under the hot Tel Aviv sun. The result is delicate, rather mellow, and lightly peated whisky. TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Delightfully fresh. A distinct smoky, earthy scent opens to a unique balance of vanilla and oak notes, with a final hint of lemon. Palate: Medium bodied. Vanilla sweetness is followed by a delicate peat touch. A light spiciness accompanies ginger and lemon flavors. Finish: Long. The peat coats the mouth, with delicate oak and lemon flavors lingering on the tongue.
