SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H ELEMENTS SHERRY CASK: We travelled to Spain, and had Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry made especially for us. The casks, once filled with quality sherry and seasoned for one year in Spain, were brought to the distillery to mature our spirit into a wonderful complex whisky. TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Dominant rich red fruit notes, covered by gentle oak, caramel scent and lemon freshness. Palate: Medium bodied. Light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, followed by gentle oaky notes. Finish: Long. The dark chocolate notes linger in the palate for a while, followed by tobacco and oak notes.
