SINGLE CASK RELEASE: One of only 275 bottles from Cask No. 858, independently selected and bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd, established 1698. UNIQUE SPIRIT COMPOSITION: Distilled from a 50/50 blend of peated and unpeated malt, creating a distinctive balance of gentle smoke and natural sweetness. STR CASK MATURED: Fully matured in a single Shaved, Toasted & Re-charred (STR) cask from 2018 vintage, bottled in 2022 at cask strength 64.2% ABV. TASTING NOTES: Rich notes of apricot, brandy snaps, black cherry, ginger spice, chocolate, and honey, with a long, warming finish of honeyed sweetness. NATURAL & UNCHILL-FILTERED: Bottled without chill filtration or added colour, preserving the whisky's full character and natural depth in a 700ml bottle.
