SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. M&H ELEMENTS RED WINE: Ex-red wine casks that were sourced from Israel’s finest wineries were picked for this part of the Elements series. The Mediterranean’s climate, variety of soil types, hot sunny days, and cool nights bring a spicy and unique flavor to Israeli wine – and in turn, our casks. The wine barrels used in the Elements Red Wine are a celebration of local terroir, curating a floral single malt with notes of dark chocolate. AWARDS: Brand Innovator of the Year 2022 & 2023, Craft Producer of the Year 2023, Master Distillery of the Year 2023, San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold 2024, International Spirits Challenge Gold 2024, IWSC Gold 2024 (95 points). TASTING NOTES: Aroma: Red dried fruits, ginger, oak, and a delicate coconut bouquet led to a gentle mineral perfume. Palate: Light bodied. Wine flavors coat the mouth, accompanied by subtle oak and vanilla notes, followed by gentle floral blossoms. Finish: Medium. The dried fruits and wine linger, finishing with a touch of dark raisins.
