SUN AGED: From beautiful Tel Aviv, our whiskies soak up over 300 days of sun a year, the Mediterranean climate induces an accelerated aging process in our casks, leading to a deep and complex whisky. The world-renowned Dr. Jim Swan, a leading expert in hot-climate maturation, as our main consultant and first master distiller, oversaw this ground-breaking process. BEST SINGLE MALT IN THE WORLD: In 2023, our Elements Sherry Cask was named as the Best Single Malt in the World at the prestigious World Whisky Awards, fulfilling our dream of creating the world’s best whiskies. Aged under the Tel Aviv sun in carefully selected ex-Bourbon casks for that classic whisky flavour.
