Rocol Gasseal Non-Setting Sealant - Gas Seal 300g

Rocol Gasseal Non-Setting Sealant is an off-white, non-setting sealant designed for metallic threaded joints, including aluminium, brass, copper, low carbon steel and zinc. It delivers a vibration-resistant seal and allows for immediate assembly and pressure testing, making it suitable for natural gas and LPG pipework. The sealant is non-corrosive and compatible with foam-forming leak testers, enabling quick testing after joint manufacture.

It is specified for use on metallic threaded joints and operates across a temperature range of -20°C to +125°C. The product is tested to BS EN 751-2:1997 Part 2 Class B and is compatible with aluminium, brass, copper, low carbon steel and zinc. Applications include natural gas and LPG pipework, with immediate assembly and pressure testing after application. The sealant is intended to resist vibration and maintain a reliable seal without setting.
