General description Bulls Eye® 1-2-3 Plus is a rust inhibitive primer that is ideal for new metal surfaces. It resists flash rusting in its wet state and provides long-lasting rust resistance. This product dries to a smooth, tight, water-resistant film, making it perfect for various applications including iron railings, steel doors, metal panels, duct work, and galvanized gutters. Additionally, it is mould and mildew-resistant, making it suitable for high-humidity areas such as bathrooms and laundry rooms.
