General description Zinsser's Peel Stop® is a clear, flexible bridging sealer designed for surfaces experiencing peeling, flaking, dusting, or chalking issues. It can be used both indoors and outdoors to create a breathable membrane over questionable or faulty substrates. Peel Stop® tightly bonds to old paint and problem areas, forming a sound surface for new paint while allowing moisture to escape, thus preventing further peeling.
