PRODUCTION: Made from virgin sugar cane honey, distilled in a copper alembic and steel still, maturing in Bourbon oak barrels, finish in port barrels. COLOR: Dark, intense and strong amber color with additional red-brown tones. NOSE: Intense scent of vanilla, smoky honey notes, toffee, dry grains, roasted coffee, rounded off with rich aromas of oak. PALATE: All-round taste sensation of caramel, vanilla, cocoa and roasted honey. FINISH: Long-lasting finish with elegant citrus and oak aromas.
