The Thompson's One Coat Stain Block Damp Seal is a 250ml white damp sealant designed to cover and block damp, water and other household stains in one coat. Its micro-porous formulation allows trapped moisture to escape, helping to prevent the reappearance of stains. It can be applied directly to damp surfaces and is suitable for moisture-affected areas in various home improvement projects. The product is supplied in a 250ml tin and features a resealable lid.

This sealant is designed to be tough on damp, offering a permanent solution to damp staining when used as directed. It dries to a paintable surface, allowing decorating after application, with a dry time of around 2 hours.

Usage

1. Ensure the cause of damp has been addressed before application.
2. Open windows and doors for ventilation.
3. Remove wallpaper and flaking paint with a damp cloth.
4. Fill cracks or holes if necessary.
5. Stir the product thoroughly before use.
6. Apply with a brush or roller over the affected area and surrounding 30cm.
7. Apply directly onto damp surfaces that are not dripping wet.
