Ingredients of Enroush Mini Organic Cotton Pads: 100% GOTS certified organic cotton (pad body & thread). How to use Enroush Organic Mini Cotton Pads: 1. Wash your hands with soap and water and sit in a comfortable position with your thighs apart, or standing with your knees slightly bent (or kneeling). 2. Tear the tampon packaging and remove only the bottom part of it, then unroll the cotton thread. 3. Position your index finger at the beveled end of the tampon and push gently, enough for the tampon to "dress" your finger very slightly. 4. With the tampon thus fixed on the finger, identify the entrance to the vagina. Remove the top part of the package and, relaxing the vaginal muscles, gently insert the tampon. For wearing comfort, make sure that your finger enters approximately 2 cm into the vagina, together with the tampon. 5. Leave the thread outside and wash your hands. Throw the packaging (and/or the old tampon) in the trash. Don't forget to change your tampon every 4 hours - up to a maximum of 8 hours (by gently pulling the cotton thread), to avoid the risk of developing Toxic Shock Syndrome.
