📏 102mm TO 90mm INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) - Large end 102mm (4"), small end 90mm (3 1/2"). 5.5mm wall, giving an Outside Diameter (OD) of 113mm and 101mm. 127mm long overall. Measure the outside of both pipes you are joining and match them to the two ID sizes. 🔧 JOINS TWO PIPE SIZES - A straight reducer joins two pipes of different sizes in one piece, so no metal adaptor is needed. Typical uses at this size: air intake and induction pipework, airbox connections, and large bore marine and industrial ducting. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +180°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +180°C with a peak of +250°C, so it copes on intake and induction pipework next to hot engine parts. Working pressure 2.8 bar, burst pressure 8.5 bar (3:1 safety factor). 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 4 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 4 layers of polyester fabric in the 5.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. ⚫ BLACK - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips that cover about 101mm on the small end and 113mm on the large end. Black silicone gives a factory-style look that blends in alongside OEM rubber hoses. Also available in other colours and sizes.
