📏 22mm TO 19mm INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) - Large end 22mm (7/8"), small end 19mm (3/4"). 4.5mm wall, giving an Outside Diameter (OD) of 31mm and 28mm. 150mm legs. Measure the outside of both pipes you are joining and match them to the two ID sizes. 🔧 ELBOW AND REDUCER IN ONE - Turns 90 degrees and steps down in size in one moulded part, saving an elbow, a reducer and a joint. Typical uses at this size: heater matrix feeds and returns, expansion tank and overflow pipes, and small radiator and water pump hoses. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +250°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +250°C, so it copes on the cooling and heater circuit, which runs hot every time the engine is up to temperature. Working pressure 5.8 bar, burst pressure 17.4 bar (3:1 safety factor). Bend radius 20mm. 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 3 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 3 layers of polyester fabric in the 4.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. 🔵 BLUE - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips that cover about 28mm on the small end and 31mm on the large end. Blue silicone gives a bright show-car look that stands out under the bonnet and is easy to trace. Also available in other colours and sizes.
