Amazon Bi Lou Chun is a spring cropped Chinese green tea with the distinctive white hairs of the new buds still visible. Bright green-leaf flavours added to suble citrus fruit notes make this a very refreshing tea. The tea unfurls when brewing into rich green whole leaves. Good quality tea like this can be re-brewed for a softer flavour and lower caffeine. Boil fresh water, pour into your pot and leave to cool for 1 minute (to 80-85 degrees), then add one small teaspoon per person and brew for 2-3 minutes.
