📏 25MM (1") BORE, 15M LENGTH – 25mm internal diameter, 36mm outside diameter and 5.5mm wall, supplied as one continuous 15 metre length (49.2ft, approx. 10.5 kg), ideal for bulk installs and fleet work with the fewest joins. ⛽ MARINE FUEL & OIL HOSE – made to BS EN ISO 7840 for petrol, diesel and oil lines on boats and small craft, and just as suited to vehicles, plant, generators and machinery. The 25mm bore suits deck filler to tank lines, tank vents and fuel transfer and suction lines, where the wire helix resists collapse. 🛡️ NITRILE TUBE & COVER – smooth black nitrile rubber inner tube for petrol, diesel and oil resistance, high-strength polyester braid reinforcement, plus an embedded steel wire helix that stops the hose collapsing under suction, and a synthetic nitrile blend cover that resists saltwater, UV, ozone and abrasion. 🌡️ -40°C TO +100°C RATED – stays flexible from -40°C to +100°C with peaks to +120°C. This 25mm bore is rated 5 bar working and 15 bar burst pressure (3:1 safety factor), with a 216mm minimum bend radius. 🔧 EASY TO CUT & FIT – trim square with a sharp blade and secure each end with hose clips sized for the 36mm outside diameter. Longer lengths arrive as one continuous piece, so there are no joins in the run.
