📏 35mm TO 32mm INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) - Large end 35mm (1 3/8"), small end 32mm (1 1/4"). 4.5mm wall, giving an Outside Diameter (OD) of 44mm and 41mm. 150mm legs. Measure the outside of both pipes you are joining and match them to the two ID sizes. 🔧 OFFSET AND REDUCER IN ONE - Turns 45 degrees and steps down in size in one moulded part, saving an elbow, a reducer and a joint. Typical uses at this size: top and bottom radiator hoses, thermostat housing pipes, and turbo and intake hoses on smaller engines. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +250°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +250°C, so it copes on the main coolant circuit and around the turbo, where rubber hoses soften and swell over time. Working pressure 5 bar, burst pressure 15 bar (3:1 safety factor). Bend radius 35mm. 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 3 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 3 layers of polyester fabric in the 4.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. ⚫ BLACK - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips that cover about 41mm on the small end and 44mm on the large end. Black silicone gives a factory-style look that blends in alongside OEM rubber hoses. Also available in other colours and sizes.
