35mm Silicone Hose 180 Degree Elbow Blue

📏 35mm (1 3/8") INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) 180 DEGREE SILICONE U BEND - 4.5mm wall and an Outside Diameter (OD) of 44mm. 100mm long on each leg, so there is room to trim either end to fit. Match the ID to the outside of the pipe or outlet it pushes onto. 🔧 ONE PIECE U BEND - A moulded 180 degree U bend sends the flow straight back on itself in one piece, with no joints in the bend. Typical uses at this size: top and bottom radiator hoses, thermostat housing pipes, and turbo and intake hoses on smaller engines. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +250°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +250°C, so it copes on the main coolant circuit and around the turbo, where rubber hoses soften and swell over time. Working pressure 5 bar, burst pressure 15 bar (3:1 safety factor). Bend radius 35mm. 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 3 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 3 layers of polyester fabric in the 4.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. 🔵 BLUE - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips whose range covers about 44mm (the Outside Diameter). Blue silicone gives a bright show-car look that stands out under the bonnet and is easy to trace. Also available in other colours and sizes.
