Bollé Y7 OTG Photochromic Ski GogglesSearching for OTG goggles but not ready to give up on style? The Y7 OTG is the newborn from Bollé's Over The Glasses range. This goggle masterfully combines cutting-edge optical technology with a sleek, modern design, ensuring you never have to compromise between clear vision and a great look on the slopes. Specifically designed for adult skiers and snowboarders, the Y7 OTG is the ultimate solution for those who require prescription eyewear on the mountain. At the heart of the Y7´s exceptional performance is the revolutionary Phantom photochromic lens. This single, advanced lens automatically and rapidly adapts to changing light conditions, transitioning seamlessly from Category 1 for overcast, low-light days to a dark Category 3 for bright, bluebird conditions. This Photochromic 1-3 capability means you have one perfect goggle for all weather, eliminating the need to swap lenses or guess which one to bring. The amber base tint dramatically enhances contrast and depth perception, allowing you to read the terrain with unparalleled clarity and confidence, spotting every bump, roller, and icy patch.Engineered for men who wear prescription glasses, the Y7 OTG design provides ample interior volume and discreet cutouts in the foam to accommodate most frames comfortably and without pressure points. The injected double lens provides superior optical quality and durability. This construction also creates a crucial thermal barrier between the cold outside air and the warm, moist air inside the goggle, which is the first line of defense against fogging.Foggy vision is further combated by Bollé's comprehensive ventilation system. The integrated Flow-Tech® Venting promotes directional airflow across the inner surface of the lens, actively exhausting moisture and preventing it from building up. Additional vented ports on the lens itself enhance this effect, ensuring a consistently clear field of view from the first lift to the last run.Comfort is paramount for all-day adventures, and the Y7 delivers with Double Density Face Foam that creates a soft, plush seal against your face, blocking out the elements while wicking away moisture. The wide, adjustable strap features a silicone bead on the inside, ensuring a secure, slip-free grip on your helmet. Built to withstand the rigors of mountain life, these goggles feature a premium Anti-Scratch Coating to maintain lens clarity and an advanced Anti-Fog coating for lasting performance. For those who prefer prescription inserts, the Y7 is also Optical Clip Compatible.Technical Specifications:* Weight: 122g* Product Material: PU* Lens Name: Phantom Green Emerald Photochromic Cat 1 to 3* Lens Category: Cat. 1 to 3* Base Tint: Amber* Anti-Fog coating * Anti-Scratch Coating * Double Density Face Foam * Double Lens * Flow-Tech Venting * OTG - Over The Glasses * Optical Clip Compatible * Silicone On Strap * Vented Lens. tradeinn Snowinn
