400 mcg Folate per Serving: the serving is half a tablet taken once a day, so 60 tablets cover 120 servings, or four months. The folate is declared as calcium L-methylfolate, the salt named on the composition. Blood, Energy and Everyday Balance: folate contributes to normal blood formation, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function. Those are functions of the nutrient itself, in whichever form it is supplied. 5-MTHF Is Folate in Its Methylated Shape: methylfolate is the form in which this nutrient circulates in the body, and it is the form named on this composition — the letter L marks the natural configuration of the molecule. Half a Tablet, Once a Day: each tablet is made to be divided, so one tablet covers two days. Take it with water at any point in the day; the tablets contain no gelatine and suit vegetarian and vegan diets.
