Removable Bowls for Easy Cleaning: Put the bowls in the dishwasher after removing the non-slip mat. Hand wash the blades, lid and mat, and allow them to dry. Wipe the motor with a damp cloth. The glass bowl lets you check the texture as you prepare ingredients. Designed for Short-Burst Use: Fit the lid and motor correctly, then process for no more than 20 seconds at a time with at least 20 seconds between bursts. Avoid overfilling.
