FOOD SAFE: The rubber compound is food safe and is therefore usable for use when brewing to create an airtight environment to store your finished product in. FITS STANDARD DEMIJOHNS: These bungs are standard sized and will fit the majority of glass demijohns. EASY TO FIT: Just push into the demijohn opening to form an airtight seal. NOTE: please make sure the product inside is either non-fermentable or has finished fermenting as these bungs do not have a bore for an airlock and so will not allow CO2 to escape. REUSABLE: Solid, durable rubber construction means these can be reused many times over. They are easy to clean too, just wash in hot water with your choice of detergent if desired.
