65mm Internal Diameter Black 90 Degree Silicone Elbow Hose

📏 65mm (2 9/16") INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) 90 DEGREE SILICONE ELBOW - 5.5mm wall and an Outside Diameter (OD) of 76mm. 150mm long on each leg, so there is room to trim either end to fit. Match the ID to the outside of the pipe or outlet it pushes onto. 🔧 TIGHT 90 DEGREE TURNS - A moulded 90 degree elbow makes a tight right-angle turn without the kinking you get from bending straight hose. Typical uses at this size: intercooler and charge pipes, large bore induction and air intake pipework, and performance radiator hoses. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +250°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +250°C, so it copes on charge air and intake pipework next to a hot turbo, and on large coolant circuits. Working pressure 3.9 bar, burst pressure 11.5 bar (3:1 safety factor). Bend radius 65mm. 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 4 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 4 layers of polyester fabric in the 5.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. ⚫ BLACK - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips whose range covers about 76mm (the Outside Diameter). Black silicone gives a factory-style look that blends in alongside OEM rubber hoses. Also available in other colours and sizes.
