Made from 12mm tongue and groove shiplap cladding on a robust 34mm x 34mm frame, it is designed to be durable and weatherproof. The floor and roof are also 12mm tongue and groove, with an apex roof featuring a weatherproof felt cover and decorative touches such as a diamond-shaped finial and smooth-planed finish that enhance its traditional, homely appearance. Wide double doors with a latch and 3/4-glazed panels admit ample natural light alongside five additional windows, three of which open for ventilation.

The summer house uses real-glass windows and traditional joinery for weatherproof performance, with FSC®-certified timber throughout. It is dip treated and carries a 10-year anti-rot guarantee plus a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee, subject to following assembly, usage and retreatment guidelines. Clear assembly instructions are provided, and a solid, level base is advised before installation. The design aims to balance classic aesthetics with practical, durable construction suitable for family gatherings in the garden.

Usage
