The building features fully glazed, Georgian-style double doors with side windows to maximise light, plus two opening windows to enhance ventilation. The doors are finished with a traditional black latch, and the whole structure is treated inside and out with a water-based honey-brown finish, with a recommendation to apply a top coat within three months. The Hampton is dip-treated and carries a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, provided it is properly retreated annually in line with manufacturer guidelines. The design includes a space-saving corner footprint and a decorative roof finial, offering a stylish yet practical garden sanctuary.
