📏 70mm TO 51mm INTERNAL DIAMETER (ID) - Large end 70mm (2 3/4"), small end 51mm (2"). 5.5mm wall, giving an Outside Diameter (OD) of 81mm and 62mm. 150mm legs. Measure the outside of both pipes you are joining and match them to the two ID sizes. 🔧 ELBOW AND REDUCER IN ONE - Turns 90 degrees and steps down in size in one moulded part, saving an elbow, a reducer and a joint. Typical uses at this size: intercooler and charge pipes, large bore induction and air intake pipework, and performance radiator hoses. For air, water and coolant; not suitable for fuel or oil (choose our Fluoro Lined fuel and oil hose for those). 🌡️ -50°C TO +250°C OPERATING RANGE - Rated -50°C to +250°C, so it copes on charge air and intake pipework next to a hot turbo, and on large coolant circuits. Working pressure 3.5 bar, burst pressure 10.5 bar (3:1 safety factor). Bend radius 65mm. 🛡️ SAE J20 R3, 4 PLY POLYESTER REINFORCED - Smooth extruded silicone inner with 4 layers of polyester fabric in the 5.5mm wall, so it holds its shape under pressure and resists swelling. The silicone resists ozone, UV light, weathering and ageing, so it lasts outdoors and in the engine bay without perishing. 🔵 BLUE - FITTING TIP - Push the hose fully onto the pipe, then use hose clips that cover about 62mm on the small end and 81mm on the large end. Blue silicone gives a bright show-car look that stands out under the bonnet and is easy to trace. Also available in other colours and sizes.
