DIY TIP - For a restful night's sleep try 1 drop of Valerian, 2 drops of Roman Chamomile and 1 drop of Lavender, with 10ml of Coconut oil. Massage all over the body, and lie back in a warm bath. AROMA - Valerian has a pungent, deeply musky, earthy aroma. This can be lifted by blending with Roman or Morrocan Chamomile, Patchouli, Lavender or Sweet Orange.
