This makes the brackets very sturdy and lightweight. Safety mechanism: The brackets are equipped with a hinged safety mechanism with a small foot stop. The weight of the rider ensures that the stirrup opens in the event of a fall. This way the foot does not get stuck in the bracket. The foot stop ensures that the bracket only opens when absolutely necessary. Once the foot has left the stirrup, the stirrup closes easily with a click. The hinged part is located at the top to prevent sand or dirt from interfering with operation. Product features: The wide stainless steel non-slip arch sole has a coarse profile and extra long holes for sand and water drainage. The arch sole is slightly tilted, so that the heel is held down. The beveled stirrup strap suspension ensures a good stirrup position, keeping the foot in the correct position. This gives the rider more stability and improves leg position.
