The Adidas Adizero Boston 13 is crafted for runners seeking speed, stability and comfort across tempo sessions and higher-volume training. It blends technology from Adidas’ race models with a robust platform, making it suitable for daily training and longer distances. The shoe features a stack height of 36mm in the heel and 30mm in the forefoot, with a 6mm heel drop. Its midsole combines two layers: Energy-struck Lightstrike Pro on top and Lightstrike 2.0 at the bottom, creating a dynamic feel with solid support for long runs. Energyrods 2.0 fibreglass rods are embedded in the midsole to aid propulsion and reduce energy loss at take-off. The upper uses a breathable, partially recycled mesh for a snug, locked-in fit without compromising ventilation.

The upper and interior are constructed from textile materials for a comfortable feel, while the outsole is made from synthetic compounds, with the insole also textile.
