The finger to be trained is now placed with the fingertip on one of the buttons. Press the button down evenly. Closed fist: place the narrower end of the FlexTrainer between the thumb and index finger. The middle joints of the fingers are now placed on the buttons and pressed evenly down until the fist is closed. Pointed handle: place the thumb in the middle of the ergonomic handle. The finger to be trained is now placed with the fingertip on one of the buttons. Press the button down evenly. Thumb Press:Hook the narrow side of the hand grip into the inside of the curved index finger and place the thumb on the button above. Now press the button down evenly.
