Amazon REDUCING PIPE CONNECTION – Connects nominal 1-1/2-inch pipe to nominal 1-1/4-inch pipe, making it suitable for repairs and transitions between pipes of different sizes. Always measure the outside diameter of both pipes before ordering. COMPATIBLE WITH MULTIPLE MATERIALS – Designed for connecting suitable cast iron, plastic, PVC, copper, lead and steel piping. Pipe compatibility depends on the actual outside diameter rather than the stated nominal pipe size. FLEXIBLE, LEAK-RESISTANT JOINT – The flexible PVC body conforms around compatible pipe surfaces and accommodates minor differences in size, material and alignment to help create a secure, leak-resistant connection. STAINLESS STEEL CLAMPS – Supplied with two adjustable stainless steel worm-drive clamps. Tightens mechanically using a suitable screwdriver or nut driver, with no solvent cement, soldering or threaded fittings required. FOR NON-PRESSURE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS – Intended for suitable drain, waste, vent and sewer pipe connections in indoor or outdoor installations. Not suitable for pressurised water supplies, drinking-water systems, compressed air or gas lines.
