HIGH RESISTANCE: The adhesive, waterproof tape stretches four ways (all directions) with a high resistance of more than 15kg once applied. It doesn’t have a solid endpoint in the same way as kinesiology tapes do, allowing Dynamic Tape to be applied in the shortened position to maximise the ‘bungee’ effect and still permit full movement.
