A blend of spices such as nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, often referred to as pimento, Ideal for delivering a pepper kick of heat. A mixture of spices complimentary to beef – especially beef ham – just coat and fry to give an excellent flavour burst. Also great with chicken and gammon. Can be used in sweet recipes such as fruit cakes and truffles to add an aromatic warmth
