Designed for interior and exterior use, providing adhesion promotion on to most substrates and as well as providing a suitable base before applying acrylic water-based or alkyd based enamels. COVERAGE Approximately 13-15 sq metres/litre per coat when applied by brush or roller depending on the texture and porosity of the substrate.
