The AquaHouse large UV pre-filter system features a 5 micron sediment filter and is suitable for removing rust and sediment particles from the water prior to a UV lamp, to help ensure proper functioning of the lamp and to help protect the quartz sleeve from fogging. This model (AH-UVPRE-BB) is suitable for large UV systems including the AquaHouse 25W and 55W UV lamp (for smaller lamps pleas see the AH-UVPRE model) Supplied with 5 Micron rated sediment filter inside the filter housing. Replace filter as required, dependent upon usage and water quality (replacement filter code: "AH-SED105BB-UV?") Dimensions: Height: 49cm Diameter: 21cm.
